This landmark building at the foot of Mt Victoria in Devonport required exterior repairs and maintenance.

Of particular significance was the repair method adopted for the concrete turret roofs which had suffered the ravages of Hauraki Gulf weather for many years. Turret repairs incorporated a blend of traditional lime slurry with modern admixes to achieve a conventional robust and weathering finish.
