This project was an extreme makeover of a 1980s house in an established beach access street in Devonport. Our clients had a very clear idea of the style they wanted for the house and after much research, gave us a precise and thorough brief.

Salmond Reed Architects began the project by coordinating a complex resource consent process. Construction entailed basically demolishing the original house in order to create the new house.
