This central Auckland villa was substantially refurbished transforming the small three bedroom villa into a spacious well appointed family home.

Retaining the heritage character and style of the original villa the rear additions provide modern contemporary living taking full advantage of views into the private courtyard and outdoor areas.

The improvements consisted of removing previous lean-to-additions and to creating a new larger rear addition taking full advantage of the outdoor areas and sun.

Features include :
- Large open plan living areas with lots of built in storage and a dedicated computer area
- Large modern Kitchen, Laundry and walk-in Pantry with coloured and polished concrete floor
- Ensuite and Walk-in wardrobe to master bedroom
- New Loggia with outdoor fire and Louvretec screen

The Project was completed in 2009.
